Family vacation spot with a stellar pool

The pool is seriously the best I've seen! ! My kids loved the waterslide, they couldn't get enough of it!

It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but it was acceptable for what we got.

The essentials, minus the fluff

Recently spent 5 nights in a Superior King Room, where friendly staff made the stay pleasant. While the breakfast buffet was commendable with a massive selection, the room felt a bit cramped due to an odd sink placement. The hotel's design blends French elegance and Fijian charm effectively. Worth the visit, but minor improvements are needed.

I enjoyed the spacious Luxury Family Room with cozy bunk beds for kids. The pool was massive and offered plenty of space for everyone. Dining options had a great variety and views were from the beach. The staff was friendly and attentive, making our stay enjoyable. 🌴

The infinity pool has breathtaking ocean views, making for a perfect relaxing spot.

The check-in process was frustratingly slow, taking almost two hours to complete.

Loved the huge pool, kids club, and water sports! The family room was spacious, with a cozy bunk for the kids. The staff made my kiddos feel special, especially when engaging with them during activities.

Felt very welcomed, no complaint.

The beautiful beach and gardens were a highlight of our stay. Staff went above and beyond, welcoming us by name. The breakfast at the beachfront restaurant had potential but felt average. Book sun loungers early for best spots—don't miss the sunset views!

I had an unforgettable 5-night stay in a Luxury King Room. The buffet breakfast was a foodie's dream, with endless options to fuel your day. The vibrant pool was the perfect spot to relax and unwind, while the exceptional service from the staff made me feel like family!

excellent access to activities and stunning beachfront views

During my stay, I enjoyed the vast grounds, beautiful beachfronts, and the extensive breakfast options, which made for a fantastic start to each day exploring the local area. plus, the proximity to attractions like the Denarau Terminal Shopping Complex and the Big Bula Water Park allowed for easy and fun outings during my weekend city-style adventures. As a solo traveler, I appreciated the comfortable environment, but I did find that the check-in wait could be improved for better guest experience.

Our stay at Sofitel was lovely. The infinity pool had stunning ocean views, perfect for lounging with a cocktail. Waitui Beach Club offered a great spot for adults, with complimentary drinks and snacks each evening. Rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed. We especially appreciated the friendly staff. they were attentive and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. However, we faced some issues with dinner reservations. many restaurants were fully booked, including the buffet. It was disappointing that we couldn't enjoy dining on site as much as we hoped. Additionally, the hot stone paths around the pool were uncomfortable and could be a safety hazard, especially for kids. Despite these setbacks, the beautiful surroundings and excellent service made for a memorable trip.

We had an amazing time at the Beach Club, enjoying delicious cocktails by the infinity pool while the kids played. The hotel provided plenty of activities, and we loved that our two dogs were welcome to join us for our family adventure!
